Jenna Laski, LMFT
Jenna Laski is deeply inspired by the work of Dan Siegel and Allan Schore in the field of Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB), which is a fancy way of saying relationships and the brain. Jenna has an extensive understanding of the neurological links within the brain and how they are affected by the relationships we have and don’t have.
Combining the understanding of the brain with her expertise within child development, Jenna has a unique ability to identify and address factors that create emotional imbalance. Our neurological links affect the body, mind and spirit as a whole. Jenna assists her clients to rebuild and reconnect these brain links to achieve a healthier internal balance.
In addition to her study with Dan Siegel and IPNB, Jenna has extensive training in Attachment Focused EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) through the Parnell Institute. EMDR is a powerful and effective treatment that can help process and heal complex and acute trauma.
